1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by HostDWorld Inc ("HostDWorld," "we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to web hosting, domain registration, website development, email services, and related digital solutions (collectively, the "Services"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

HostDWorld reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To access certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services.

3. Description of Services

HostDWorld provides web hosting, domain registration, website design and development, e-commerce solutions, business email, cloud infrastructure, and related digital services. Specific service plans, features, pricing, and limitations are detailed on our website and are subject to change without notice.

4. Payment Terms & Billing

All fees for Services are due in advance and are non-refundable except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy. HostDWorld reserves the right to change prices at any time, provided that price changes for renewal terms will be communicated at least thirty (30) days prior to the renewal date.

Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of Services. Accounts that are past due may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, whichever is lower.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: transmitting spam; hosting malware or viruses; infringing intellectual property rights; phishing or fraud; hosting content that promotes violence or hate speech; and any activity that disrupts the Services.

HostDWorld reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any violation, including removal of content, suspension, and termination, with or without notice.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property displayed on the HostDWorld website are the property of HostDWorld or their respective owners.

You retain all intellectual property rights to content you upload. By uploading content, you grant HostDWorld a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, and display it solely to provide the Services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HostDWorld shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. HostDWorld's aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the Services at any time upon notice. HostDWorld may suspend or terminate your account immediately for any violation of these Terms or conduct deemed harmful to its business or other users.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where HostDWorld Inc is incorporated. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
